Håkan Bjurström and Fredrik Montelius met at the LiU (Linköping University) in the early 90s while studying Engineering&Computer Science.
Their passion for wine led them into the idea to build a wine importing business in parallel with their carrrier in the IT industry.
Fredrik Montelius is the CEO of Wine Group Sweden. After 15 successful years in the IT industry, Fredrik decided in 2014 to turn his passion into his main activity.
He currently lives in Barcelona and dedicates his full time and heart to the wine business, together with his wife.

Originally Italian from Milan, with a background in online marketing, she joined Fredrik in the wine business and is today responsible for the wine tours and the off-trade Systembolaget tenders.
